Service terms, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are governed by separate Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOWs) provided to clients.
1Labs may update or modify the services offered on the website at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
All website content, code, architecture, ProductOS™ components, tools, trademarks, branding, and related materials remain the exclusive property of 1Labs Inc. and its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1Labs Inc., its team members, partners, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
