Data Processing Addendum

1. Definitions

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service and applies when we process Personal Data on your behalf in connection with our services. Terms used in this DPA have the meanings given in applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

2. Scope and Roles

This DPA applies to the processing of Personal Data by 1Labs.ai as a data processor on behalf of you as the data controller. We will process Personal Data only in accordance with your instructions and applicable data protection laws.

3. Data Processing

We will:

  • Process Personal Data only in accordance with your documented instructions
  • Ensure that persons authorized to process Personal Data are bound by confidentiality obligations
  • Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data
  • Assist you in responding to data subject requests
  • Notify you of any data breaches without undue delay

4. Sub-processors

We may engage sub-processors to assist in providing our services. We will ensure that any sub-processors are bound by the same data protection obligations as set out in this DPA.

5. Data Transfers

If we transfer Personal Data outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
